E2- Oral Presentation - 2nd bimester

                                                                 Oral Presentation        (2^nd Bimester)

                                                                                                        

Theme: The perfect (ideal) bedroom

Objective: To talk about the bedroom and furniture of your dreams using there is/there are.                                                       

Time of presentation: 4 minutes per student.

Steps for the presentation

1 . Create an imaginary bedroom and describe it (its furniture and the place where the pieces of furniture are; use  prepositions of place).

2. Make simple sentences saying:

·      Where is your ideal house (city, neighborhood, etc.)?

·      Who do you live with in this house?

·      What rooms are there in your ideal house?

·      Is it old or modern?

·      What color is your perfect bedroom?

·      Is the bedroom only yours or do you share it with someone else?

·      What things are there in your bedroom (furniture)?

·      What is the position of these things (in, on, under, next to, etc) ?

·      What things aren’t there in it? Why?

General orientations    

- Don´t read your presentation;

- Make simple sentences with your own words;

- Practice the pronunciation of the sentences;

- Prepare your presentation – You can use a poster, pictures, Powerpoint presentation (bring in your flash drive). You can also include a keywork in each picture, poster or Powerpoint slide.

- Don’t write texts.
